We assist customers in all phases from design/construction to delivered product. An important value added service we provide during this process is to support the customer in developing the right production processes to optimize cost and quality. A typical medical project for us consists of a base unit manufactured in series of 10,000 to 100,000 per year. Additionally there can be disposable items on top with series of millions of pieces/year.

Manufacturing can be offered in different environments with clean rooms validated according to ISO 14644-1 class 8 as one of them. We do perform both injection moulding (including 2K) & assembling in this clean room environment.
We manufacture components, assemble them (automatically or manually dependent of the volumes) & do final testing. We are also responsible for the purchasing of subcomponents which are ingredients in the final product. In every aspect for the process, we do it according to ISO 13 485.
